1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, which include pre-paid goods and tickets for events, all sales made through aubergesaint-gabriel.com are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items once a purchase is completed.

2. Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for events hosted by Auberge Saint-Gabriel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place regardless of the reason for non-attendance, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or changes in schedule.

3. Pre-Paid Goods
All pre-paid goods, including but not limited to merchandise and food items, are non-refundable once purchased. We ensure the highest quality and standard in all our offerings, and any concerns regarding the quality of goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.

4. Exceptions
In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by Auberge Saint-Gabriel, we will issue a refund for the ticket price paid. Please note that service fees, if any, are non-refundable. No other exceptions to our refund policy will be made.

5. Changes to Events
Auberge Saint-Gabriel reserves the right to make changes to event details, including date, time, and location, without prior notice. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and no refunds will be provided.
