Our second in this series of meetings at Auberge Saint-Gabriel is with the lovely Patricia Gajo. Patricia wears many hats, from blogger for the Montreal Buzz to Montreal editor of Fashion magazine to running her own corporate content company.

1st course: roasted root vegetable soup with truffle oil whipped cream
2nd course: seared cod with butternut squash puree and mushrooms
3rd course: oxtail with cipollini onions and chestnuts
Dessert: chocolate mousse with caramel foam
