They can get their day off to a great start with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce served on a homemade danish; a mushroom tart, bacon and a poached egg; or French toast with fruit compote and lemon mascarpone.

Many more delicious options are on the menu for lunch and dinner: roasted Cornish hen, foie gras burger, braised pork shoulder, fresh pasta, charcuterie and cheese plates, lobster roll… It’s a long list! Auberge Saint-Gabriel also offers an inspired selection of cocktails as well as local and imported fine wines—all the more to get your mouth watering, if that’s even possible.
